As of 2005, he is presently listed as number one of nine criminals remaining on the top ten most wanted list issued by the Jamaica Constabulary Force for an April 1998 [...], escaping from police custody and other crimes committed in Tivoli Garden and West Kingston 2.

What I find wrong AbOUT this name mentioning is the fact of the Homeland Security List here in the US for suspected no fly listings. Placing a name of persons non confirmed could be the very reason the list was created for selectee passengers and No Fly passengers. I worked in Homeland Security and know for a fact placing a name on Wikipedia would get Homeland Securities attention and the wrong people here in the US will be harrassed in the airports. After all look on Wikipedia for Micheal Chertoff the head of Homeland Security TSA and you will see a nice photo of him. I'm sure there are criminal Micheal Chertoff's out there. Let's find one and put that on Wikipedia.
