Marina Sky Towers
The Marina Sky Towers is a residential complex proposed for construction in the Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The complex consists of two skyscrapers that are named Marina Sky Tower 1 and Marina Sky Tower 2. Both buildings stand and contain contain 60 floors for residential use. They are joined together by a 9-story podium. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2008, with completion in 2013.
The project has been scaled down from the original proposal, which called for three supertall skyscrapers with more than 100 floors of residences. Two buildings, Marina Sky Tower 1 and 3, would have stood at with 114 floors. Marina Sky Tower 2 would have stood and contain 104 floors.
