Maria Danieli

Maria Danieli is an avid horse rider who has placed well in several Arabian horse dressage competitions . She has placed very well with horses Flash and Mi Valentino . In addition to owning and breeding horses, Maria has been actively competing in both Quarter Horse and Arabian Show circuits since the age of five. She has placed first in the 250 class (IABS Arabian Reigning Horses) in a competition in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Real Estate Career

She is also a very successful real estate agent, specializing in high end equestrian estates, country homes and other luxury acreage properties in Washington state since 1990. Awards include: International Presidents Elite 2005 - CBBA, 2004 International Presidents Premier - CBBA, 2000-2003 Presidents Elite – CBBA and 1996-2000 Presidents Elite – John L. Scott. Since 1996, she has been consistently ranked among the top 2% of real estate agents in the United States. She has sold many notable properties all over greater Seattle and Washington.

Maria’s extensive knowledge of acreage homes and estates is unmatched in the industry and stems from her own personal interests and life experience. She and her husband, Jeff Krueger, an eastside builder, live on acreage with their two children.

She has also made national publications such as the Real Estate Journal (a popular publication owned by the Wall Street Journal) when commenting on the accuracy of Zillow's appraisal estimates. She is currently working with Windermere Real Estate in their Bellevue, Washington location. Examples of high end properties that have been listed by Maria include the $5.2mm estate and equestrian facility Deviere Farm and The Lodge at Treemont .
