Marcellus "Handz Down" Dawson
Handz Down (born Marcellus A. Dawson in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota) best known in the industry for being a co-producer for KayGee while signed to as part of the The Trendsettaz at Divine Mills Recordings. He is managed by industry executive from Detroit, MI Yoni Sarden with Harmony Soul Entertainment.
Handz Down has recently teamed up with the The Harmony Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that was established to provide a means to raise and donate money for under privileged School Children in Urban Areas. The Harmony Foundation will sponsor Concerts and donate 100% of the profits to causes that benefit school aged children. Handz Down intends to began lecturing at Detroit area schools, speaking with the Children AbOUT the Importance of staying in school and receiving an education.
"Handz Down" has worked on hit singles such as Billboard charts "The River" by Noel Gourdin, "Apartment For Rent" by Syleena Johnsonon her Album "Chapter III: The Flesh", "More" by Syleena Johnson and Anthony Hamilton, also on her Album Chapter III: The Flesh, "She's It" and "That Girl" by Mario and "It's You" by Urban Mystic which climbed to #1 on Billboard R&B Charts.
