Marazul is a development consisting of 58 beachfront residences in two 9-story mid-rises located within the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica, and across from the Flamingo Marina. The project is being built upon 13,000 meters of titled land that was part of the original Spanish Land Grant. Marazul features one, two, three and four bedroom condominiums, as well as, on-site property and rental management.
Marazul was designed and engineered by Polini & Martinez Architectos, San Jose, Costa Rica.
