Manuel José Henríquez
Manuel José Henríquez Astaburuaga (born 8 December 1857) was a Chilean politician, lawyer and farmer affiliated with the Liberal Coalitionist Party.
He served as Deputy of the Republic for Cauquenes and Constitución between 1900 and 1903.
Biography
Henríquez was born on 8 December 1857. He married Lubinia Astaburuaga.
He qualified as a lawyer on 5 January 1881 and was also involved in agriculture. Outside his professional activities, he served as a member of the Superior Council of Prisons.
Political career
Henríquez was elected Deputy for Cauquenes and Constitución for the 1900–1903 legislative period. During his parliamentary service, he was a member of the Ecclesiastical Affairs Committee and the Charity and Worship Committee.
In 1901, he was affiliated with the Liberal Coalitionist Party.
