Management Systems International
Management Systems International (also called MSI) is an international development consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. and founded in 1981 by Marina Fanning and Larry Cooley.
In 2008, MSI became a part of Coffey International Development, a global developing consulting firm with headquarters in Australia. MSI and Coffey International Development have more than 1,350 employees, offices in 10 countries and approximately 200 on-going projects worldwide. Coffey ID is a part of Coffey International Limited, a company with various specialized consulting branches.
Work
MSI's clients include government agencies and NGOs, most notably USAID.
