Mac Robo
David Olah (Born June 12, 1976 in Burbank, California) is an American Professional Wrestler and wrestling trainer,currently best known by his ring name "The Big Gun Mac Robo." With a school in Berwick, Pennsylvania, he also currently writes storylines and books talent for ICWF Universal pro wrestling federation in Berwick.
Career
Olah was born in California, but relocated to Pennsylvania at the age of 15. Olah graduated from Berwick Area Senior High School in 1994, and after a chance meeting with some pro wrestlers, Olah was encouraged to enroll in Backbreakers Pro Wrestling training Center in Hazleton, Pa. Olah made his pro wrestling debut under his own name on July 20, 1997, wrestling for World Star Wrestling Federation.
Injury
Olah suffered a torn bicep and a severe concussion during a match in late 1997. Olah was forced to put his career on the shelf, and enter semi-retirement.
MusicAL career
As early as 1998, Olah began learining the bass guitar, and formed several bands, the most popular being "Don't Know [...]" and "Garage Kept." Olah played bass and vocals in both bands, and led both bands to minor success.
Wrestling School, and return to the Ring
Olah began working with a few hopeful wrestlers in early 2002, but was still not ACTIVE in the ring. Finally, in mid 2008, Olah began construction of the Bumps N Bruises Wrestling Training Center in Berwick, Pa. With four trainees, Olah worked with the trainees in a hands on environment, as well as preparing for a return to the ring.
ICWF Universal
Olah began creating a federation for his trainees as well as other local wrestlers, to showcase their talents, Intense Competition Wrestling Federation Universal; ICWF Universal, or as more commonly known regionally, ICWFU. ICWF Universal held its first event, Summertime Black & Blues, at Peppers Nightclub in Berwick on August 21, 2009. Heel wrestler Studly Steve McKenzie goaded Olah out of retirement, and Olah (under the Mac Robo persona) won the night's main event: A battle royal to determine the #1 Contender for the Universal Heavyweight Championship.
2010
Olah is currently teaming with former ECW Wrestler Rockin Rebel as the Cult of Personality. The CoP debuted January 15, 2010, at ICWF Universal's second card, Winter Warfare. The CoP defeated "Hollywood" CM Serenyi, and Studly Steve McKenzie. Olah also has a shot forthcoming at the KWA Tag Team Titles, currently held by the Mest Brothers
Personal Life
Olah is employed by WHLM of Bloomsburg, Pa.
He married Nadia Dowell on June 24, 2006
He has two sons, Kevin age 8, and Cameron, age 5.
