Loyang Offshore Supply Base

Loyang Offshore Supply Base is a 52 hectare Offshore Supply Base catering to the Oil & Gas Industry in the Singapore region. The base is located in Loyang in the north eastern part of Singapore. The base is managed by JTC Corporation and leased out to TOLL Asia.

The base has a jetty which is used by tugboats, supply vessels, barges and even some cargo ships. A medical centre, and a canteen are located inside the base. The base has 24 hour security.

History

The base was established as a British Military Base and has since been converted to an industrial area. The base was formally leased out to SOPS - Singapore Offshore Petroleum Services. SOPS has been bought over by TOLL Asia.

The base currently hosts AbOUT 200 established oil & gas related companies.

Major Tenants are: Panalpina World Transport, Acergy Singapore, Bridon Singapore, Cal Dive Far East, Dyna-Jet, Energy Asia Group, Frank Marine Services, Fugro, Hallin Marine, International Logging, KEA Oilfield Engineering, McConnell Dowell South East Asia, Mooreast, Saipem Singapore, SDV Logistics, Seadrill Offshore Singapore, Technip Subsea 7 Asia Pacific, Tidewater Marine and Weatherford.
