Lokesh Vijay Gupte
Lokesh Vijay Gupte (Marathi: लोकेश विजय गुप्ते) is a Marathi film, television and theater actor.
He has won 'Best Supporting Actor' award for Marathi Play Ha Shekhar Khosla Kon Aahe? (हा शेखर खोसला कोण आहे ? ).
Education
Lokesh Gupte has done a Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College – Pune University.
Early life
Lokesh Gupte used to take part in drama competitions in School and College days. After his graduation, he came to Mumbai.
He Started his Television career as an assistant director for theatre and television personality Vinay Apte for TV serials, news-based programs and television commercials. He worked as an editor for more than 5 years and done projects like Housefull, Shreeyut Gangadhar Tipre (Marathi: श्रीयुत गंगाधर टिपरे), Runanubandha (Marathi: ऋणानुबंध), Bedhunda Manachya Lahari (Marathi: बेधुंद मनाच्या लहरी), Hum pardesi ho Gaye. He also edited a number of Telefilms, corporate films, video albums and TV commercials.
By that time he also focused on editing work, as he had my own Studio. But, when it became exhausting, he was back to acting with a TV serial Vadalwaat(Marathi:वादळवाट).
