Company IQ-SEC Comment Letters named Accounting Today's 2010 Top New Product in Financial Reporting. The CompanyIQ research platform is powered by TIME (Text Information Mining Engine), allows SEC Edgar and other global regulatory filings, proprietary documents, private placement memorandum, to be transformed into quality information immediately in as reported, XBRL, US GAAP, IFRS or custom formats. The platform gives users access to over a million individually matched SEC comments and responses.
In June 2011, LogixData released their SEC Analyzer product.
