Founded in 1991, LOG-NET, Inc. of Red Bank, N.J. was established to provide the finest trade, transportation and logistics information systems. The company has grown from a supplier of custom logistics solutions into a developer of integrated on-demand, end-to-end (E2E) supply chain solutions ACTIVE in more than seventy countries around the world.

LOG-NET, Inc. pioneered client server technology in a DOS environment in 1993. The company has always been a leader in the industry. LOG-NET was the first logistics system to extensively utilize SQL databases, the first to utilize a windows platform and the first logistics system on the Internet in 1997.
Throughout the 90s, LOG-NET, Inc. deployed and enhanced some of the most sophisticated EDI interfaces in the marketplace. The company's leading-edge EDI interfaces provide the foundation for LOG-NET software to be the bedrock of a client's supply chain network. LOG-NET successfully pioneered the trading parnter portals to many ERP systems including SAP, JDA Software, Oracle, JD Edwards and many others.
In the 2000's LOG-NET continued its firsts by pioneering the deployment of their application in the J2EE web native form. LOG-NET's web native interface continued to be complimented by a large set of standardized interfaces supporting brad integration with trading partners throughout the international supply chain.
