Open Source

• OpenSSH (portable, built into most versions of Linux and Mac OS X and supports Windows with Cygwin)
• Dropbear tiny SSH2-Server for embedded systems (MIT-style license)

Freeware

• Core FTP Mini SFTP Server - Lightweight server that supports SFTP (SSH2) mode only. Runs on Windows.
• freeFTPd - freeFTPd is a FTP/FTPS/SFTP server - run as a service - simple - permit sftp only

Proprietary

• CrushFTP Server - Cross platform file server supporting all major protocols including SFTP. Also supports FTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, WebDAV and WebDAV over SSL. GUI, or daemon mode. Runs on Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, Solaris, *BSD, etc. Reporting, plugin architecture, virtual file system, users & groups, email events, etc.

• Sysax Multi Server - Windows SFTP Server that also supports FTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, Telnet and Secure Shell. Certified for Windows Vista. Personal EDition is free for non-commercial use.
• CompleteFTP. Windows FTP, FTPS and SFTP server.
