When the KND tried to retrieve the recipe with 5,000 operatives a huge defense system destroyed it all. Nowadays the Alamode is a historical site where present operatives go to remember that no mission is easy and take courage for other great operations.
The Alamode is a pun on the Alamo and the French term à la mode.

King Sandy used to practically rule the beach, as this is where his name "Sandy" is a pun on the sand of the beach. There are many stands there, and the DCFDTL used this as a spot of an evil plan. Bullies on Bully Island are parodies of dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures and have names that are combinations of prehistoric animal names and bully torture methods, such as: Wedgie-Saurus Rex (Tyrannosaurus Rex and the wedgie torture) and Wet Willie Mammoth (the Woolly Mammoth and the wet willie torture).
