To some extent the self-perpetuating Northwest hip-hop culture is maintained by Northwest hip-hop artists grouping into crews, which, although often on different labels and sometimes with artist in more than one crew, spread awareness of the Northwest hip hop as a whole.

• Massline Media includes Gabriel Teodros, MC Geologic, RA Scion, and Sabzi. Together, Sabzi and MC Geologic of Massline Media are the Blue Scholars, and Sabzi and RA Scion of Massline Media are Common Market. Massline Media is based in Seattle, Washington.
• Oldominion includes Anaxagorus, Azrael, Barfly, Bishop I, Candidt, Coley Cole, Destro, DJ Scene, Gash, Hyena, iAMe, JFK, Josh Martinez, Karim, Mako, Mr. Hill, NyQwil, Onry Ozzborn, Pale Soul, Pegee 13, Phantom Ghost El-Topo, PhrumL'sWhere, Sleep, Smoke M2D6, Snafu, Syndel, Toni Hill, and Tremor. Sandpeople is based in Portland, Oregon.*Grassrootz includes Produce D-Wyze and Emcee L PRO, D-Wyze aka DVS now lives in Long Beach California and has released an album with many known emcees from California titled Spark the Underground. The artists in The Garden have also formed various subgroups: Hot In Pursuit (JG & Middle), Cool Table (Amsterdam & Abolish), The Wright Family (The Kid Espi, JG & Lo), and Top Shelf (Middle and Amsterdam). • Sportin' Life Records includes D.Black, Fatal Lucciauno, Spaceman, SK, Marissa, Joe King (rapper), B.Brown, DJ Nphared and P Duce. Together, D.Black and B.Brown of Sportin' Life Records are Black & Brown Inc.. Sportin' Life Records is based in Seattle, Washington.
• Bossalaus Based in the Pacific Northwest, broadcasting from the networks at Majestic Soundlab in Downtown Kennewick, WA, The Bossalaus Movement sets out to take part in a neo-renaissance. Working with a range of artists, the movement is founded in the hip-hop culture is identified as a sub-culture as well as an online marketing stream. Originating in Connell, WA under the direction of Lotus, a leadership and multimedia guild, the operation expanded with the technology trends during the first part of the 2000-2010 decade.
• Breathe Eazy Inc includes E.Millz, Zikki, Bonez, Akeem, Swagga Boi, DP, KJ Da King, Benefic and Mello. Breathe Eazy Inc is based in Olympia, Washington'''."Stylez Major"''' Born "Zarak Michael Simmons Jr" Is an 18 year old hip hop artist From olympia Wa,Half African American And Half German.A very talented artist.His name is based on all styles of music he has been influenced by in his life creating one major style.
• The Elefaders includes DJ Able, Showbot, DJ Hail. The artists in The Elefaders have formed a few of different groups: Giant Squid (Showbot and Macros), Cosby Sweater and The Other Brothers (DJ Able and Beatski. The Elefaders are based in Seattle, Washington.
• Focused Noise Productions includes Cleveland Steamers (Mic Crenshaw and Gen.Erik), Animal Farm, and Serge Severe. Focused Noise is located in Portland, Oregon
• Dusty Record Krew includes BBoy Kadance,Nick "The Bear" Urso, and several other minor artists. Dusty Record Krew is notable for their omission of "gangster" themes and use of extensive vocabulary (particularly by BBoy Kadance). The term dusty refers to their old school rap style and the said lack of "gangster" content.
• The Neighbrohood includes 4 mc's and 3 producers. The four MC's include; Bare Skrillz, Yeti the Abomindable, Tony Stanza, Dat Kid Philly. The 3 producers include; ianB, Zach Damundo, and [[lovelyfade]. The Neighbrohood is notable for their academic approach to avant-garde hip-hop.
