This is a list of unreleased songs by Janet Jackson. This list includes songs that are unreleased to the general public (never appeared on any released recording) and have been verified to exist, b-sides and bonus tracks with limited or exclusive releases, and released songs that were originally intended with unreleased guest stars.

Live concert covers, live concert snippets of covers, unofficial or bootleg remixes with featured guests, parodies, unverifiable tracks, or released songs with guest backing vocals by Jackson (such as "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)" by Michael Jackson) are not included in this list.

Single B-sides

  • "Love Song For Kids" (3:41) is a duet with brother Randy Jackson, and is the b-side of Randy Jackson's 1978 single, "How Can I Be Sure."

Dream Street era

  • "Rock 'N Roll" (4:10) is the b-side of "Don't Stand Another Chance" and "Two to the Power of Love".
  • "French Blue" (6:22) is the b-side of "Fast Girls". It is a medley of "Fast Girls" and "Pretty Boy", both from Dream Street.

Rhythm Nation era

  • "You Need Me" (4:34) is the b-side of "Miss You Much".
  • "The Skin Game" (6:43) is the b-side of "Come Back To Me".
  • "1814 Megamix" is the b-side of "Black Cat".

janet. era

  • "One More Chance" (5:54) is the b-side of "If". It is a cover of the Jacksons' song from their album, Victory.
  • "And On And On" (4:50) is the b-side of "Any Time, Any Place". It is also available on Janet. Remixed.
  • "70's Love Groove" (5:47) is the b-side of "You Want This". It is also available on Janet. Remixed and the Ready to Wear soundtrack.

Velvet Rope era

  • "Accept Me" (4:07) is the b-side of "Every Time".

Non-U.S. bonus tracks

  • "God's Stepchild" (3:27) is a Japanese bonus track on The Velvet Rope. It is also on the Down in the Delta soundtrack.
  • "Who" (3:45) is a Japanese bonus track on All for You.
  • "I'm Here" (4:16) is a Japanese bonus track on Damita Jo.
  • "Put Your Hands On" (3:56) is another Japanese bonus track on Damita Jo.
  • "Roll Witchu" (4:30) is a Japanese bonus track on 20 Y.O.. It was available on iTunes for a limited time.
  • "Days Go By" (4:16) is another Japanese bonus track on 20 Y.O..

  • "Could This Be Love" (4:21) - leaked in 2004. The song was written by Janet Jackson, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Bobby Ross Avila, Jr. and Issiah Avila. Was on Damita Jo Promo.
  • "POPS Up!" (3:04) - leaked in the summer of 2004. The song was produced by Rich Harrison.
  • "(Let Me) Put It On You" (3:49) - In November 2005, a behind-the-scenes video featuring a short clip of the song was made available to members of Jackson's official fan club. The full version was later leaked in early 2006.
  • "If You Want To"
  • "Let It Go" - Produced by Dallas Austin
  • "Ruff" - Guitar Riff by the Neptunes. Said to be Janet's favorite song from the Damita Jo recording sessions.

20 Y.O. era (2006)

  • "Weekend" (4:44) - On May 1, 2006, Jackson put this song on her official website as a gift to her fans. It was only up for one day.

  • "Island Life (Remix)" is the same as the album version, but features a guest rap by Vic Damone.

Other

  • "Ask For More" (5:49) was a promo single for Pepsi released in early 1999. Pepsi commercials featuring this song aired overseas, one version featuring Jackson's backup dancers, Tina Landon and Shawnette Heard, and Ricky Martin, and another version featuring Aaron Kwok. The song is not available on any commercial album.
