Fictional tanks are armored fighting vehicles that do not exist in the real world.
Film
Armored Assault Tank (AAT)
The Trade Federation's main battle tank in the Star Wars universe. It is manufactured by the Geonosian-owned Techno Union subsidiary company Baktoid Armor Workshop for the Federation's private droid army. Armaments include one heavy laser cannon, two light laser cannons, 2 antipersonnel blasters, and six chain-fed projectile launchers capable of firing bunker-buster, armor-piercing, and high-energy shells. In the Clone Wars, the Confederacy's military fields them in much the same capacity as a main battle tank. The Trade Federation uses them extensively on Naboo in the first episode of the saga.
IG-227 Hailfire-class droid tank
Hailing from the Star Wars universe, the Hailfire tank is a droid tank. Manufactured by Haor Chall Engineering, they started being used by the InterGalactic Banking Clan's Collections and Security Division before the Clone Wars. They are armed with thirty 'hailfire' missiles and one retractable laser cannon. Unlike many tanks from Star Wars, they move on treaded hoop wheels. In the Clone Wars, the CIS military utilized them in an anti-armor role. Many are deployed on Geonosis in Episode II.
Juggernaut
A series of supertanks produced by Kuat Drive Yards in the Star Wars universe. They are all enormous wheeled vehicles bristling with armor and weaponry. The line started with the A4, stretching to include the A5, A5-RX, A6, and B5 models. They are initially fielded by the Galactic Republic and then find themselves used by the Galactic Empire. Several are deployed on Kashyyyk in Revenge of the Sith.
NR-N99 Persuader-class Droid Enforcer
Also known as the 'tank droid' or the 'snail tank', the NR-N99 is an automated war machine from the Star Wars universe. It is shaped like a snail, hence its nickname, and a single tread that runs through the middle of the tank provides locomotion. Developed by the Techno Union, it is mostly used by the Corporate Alliance's droid army and is heavily armed, sporting ion cannons, shock rifles, heavy repeating blasters, and concussion missile launchers. In the Clone Wars, the Separatist Droid Army fields them heavily in their armor divisions. They are prominently featured during the Battle of Kashyyyk in Revenge of the Sith.

Apocalypse Tank
A Soviet supertank from the Command & Conquer series. Its first iteration is armed with two 125mm guns and an anti-air gun and is assigned to elite Soviet units. Its second iteration also has two 125mm guns, but it also is equipped with a magnetic harpoon to crush tanks with.
Hammer Tank
The Soviet main battle tank from Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. It mounts an 85mm gun and a leech beam that rips armor and weapons off of enemy vehicles and adds them to the tank.
Keiler
A prototype supertank developed by the SS Paranormal Division in the city of Isenstadt's cannery under the direction of General Viktor Zetta. It is armed with a large cannon that fires Veil globules. It was sabotaged before it entered mass production by B.J. Blazkowicz in Wolfenstein.
M1B Fuller
An American-built tank used by the Western Coalition in Frontlines: Fuel of War. It is powered by a turbine power plant like an M1 Abrams. Its main gun is a 120mm smoothbore and its shells are powered by ETC systems instead of standard propulsion techniques. Two M333 machine guns defend it against smaller targets and the Firefly decoy system defends it against missiles and RPGs. It is named after J.F.C. Fuller.
MBT-X8 Guardian
A British tank developed by United Armor. It is armed with a 90mm smoothbore gun and a laser pointer. In Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, it serves as the main battle tank of the Allied Nations.
Mirage Tank
From Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 and its sequel, the Mirage Tank is the secondary tank of the Allied Nations. Developed and built in France, the Mirage is equipped with a device that renders it invisible, casting a false image in its place. In their first appearance, they are armed with a low-powered tank cannon, but in their second appearance, they have a 'spectrum gun' that boils tank armor. Also, it sports a GAP generator in its second appearance, capable of cloaking other units.
T-119 Blackbear
A heavily-armored Russian-built tank utilized by the Red Star Alliance in Frontlines: Fuel of War. It is armed with a 140mm smoothbore gun and two KL machine guns. For defense, it has a Domovoi missile decoy system.
TX-130 Saber-class Fighter Tank
First appearing in Star Wars the Clone Wars, the TX-130 is repulsorcraft medium tank designed for use by the Jedi Order by Rothana Heavy Engineering. The TX-130 sported two heavy laser cannons, two missile launchers, and one turret ring that cold support a twin blaster cannon or a beam cannon. The Galactic Republic made heavy use of the TX-130 during the Clone Wars. After the Wars, the Galactic Empire started making use of an upgraded model, the TX-130T, and a heavy model dubbed the 2-M.

RX-200 Falchion-class Assault Tank
Also known as a 'stun tank', this tank first appears in Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode The Zillo Beast. It sports two antipersonnel blasters and a stun cannon as armament. Their only appearance on the show demonstrated the Republic using them as anti-air guns, their cannons frying the electronics of droid fighters. When the Zillo beast broke loose in the episode, these tanks are called in to stun it into submission.
Unidentified Remote-Controlled Tank
Appearing in Hogan's Heroes S2E09 (Tanks For the Memory), this tank is one of many projects Hogan and his men must destroy. It is a small, two-treaded tank developed by a scientist working for the Wehrmacht as an addition to its arsenal. It is armed with a single auto-loading gun of small caliber and is controlled by a technician nearby. Its radio signal can be disrupted by heavy shelling. Once it is brought to Stalag 13 for final testing and demonstration before the OkW, Hogan and his men send off the receiver system to London and sabotage the demonstration with LeBeau in control of the tank. The project is presumably scrapped.
