A list of descendants from Cem, claimants to the title of Principe de Sayd and pretenders to the rule of the Ottoman Empire.

Past

1. Djem (r.1481-95) died at Naples, succeeded by his son.
2. Pierre Mehmed III (r.1495-1522) created Principe De Sayd by Pope Alexander VI, died at Rhodes, succeeded by his eldest son.
3. Oshin Pierre II (r.1522-94), died at Naples, succeeded by his eldest son.
4. Oshin Pierre III (r.1594-1600), died at Naples, succeeded by his brother.
5. John Battista (r. 1600-1602), died at Messina or Palermo, succeeded by his eldest son.
6. Oshin Carlo IV (r.1602-65), died at Mdina, Malta, succeeded by his eldest son.
7. John Pierre II (r. 1665-71), died as an Abbott in Sicily, succeeded by his only brother.
8. Oshin Jerome V (r. 1671-79), died a Christian Priest at Rome, succeeded by his first cousin.
9. Pierre Djem II (r.1679-83), died a Christian Priest at Palermo, Sicily, succeeded by his grandson who was also his next of kin via "male to male descent".
10. Salvatore I (r.1683-99), died at Santi, Malta, succeeded by his eldest son.
11. Simone I (r.1699-1723), died at Santi, Malta, succeeded by his eldest son.
12. Lorenzo I (r.1723-56), died at Santi, Malta, succeeded by his eldest son.
13. Giovanni Maria I (r.1756-99), executed by Napoleon along with other leaders that were overpowering the French in Malta, succeeded by his eldest son.
14. Salvatore II (r.1799-1879), died at Mosta, Malta, succeeded by his eldest son.
15. Giovanni Maria II (r.1879-1907), died at Mosta, Malta, succeeded by his eldest legitimate son.
16. Francesco Saverio I (r.1907-56), died at Rabat, Malta, succeeded by his second son. (Note his eldest son signed a deed of to disclaim succession. Succeeded to the Maltese Barony of Baccari).
17. Carmelo I (r.1956-73), died at Mgarr, Malta, succeeded by his eldest son.

Giuseppe Said (r.1973-), received acknowledgment in 2002 of lineal descent from the Imperial House of Osman from His Majesty, Ertugrul Osman V, Prince of Turkey, 43rd Head of the Imperial House of Osman (Born 1912 in Turkey. Recognised as the Head of the House of Said and uses the titles of Principe de Sayd and Bibino Magno (Papal, H.R.E, Austria France, Spain, Two Sicilies and Savoy), Hereditary Knight of the Holy Roman Empire, Hereditary Noble and Patrician of Ferrera and Reggio, Messina, Venice and in Rome.
