Libburn
Libburn is an free software library by which preformatted data get onto optical disc. It uses either /dev/sgN (e.g. for Linux kernel 2.4 with ide-scsi) or /dev/hdX (e.g. for Linux kernel 2.6). Libburn is the foundation of cdrskin. It is part of libburnia project. It was last reviewed by Red Hat
