History
Company LEKOV was established in 1934 year.
In 1950-s plant was nationalized and was incorporated into ŠKODA, the main production was electrothings. Since 1993 year LEKOV is private czech company.
The main step in history of company is its restructurisation to joint stock company in 1997 year.
Since 2003 year LEKOV is a part of Faiveley Group after French group's purchase of 75% stock share from former 100% owner Michal Ovsjannikov. In april 2006 year company «Lekov» was opened in Saint Petersburg.
