Leaders in India Business Forum is a part of the ‘Leaders’ series of business leadership events that are held in London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Leaders in India Business Forum , held annually in Mumbai, is the Indian chapter of the ‘Leaders’ series and attracts hundreds of senior executives and organisational heads from all industries. This forum serves as a gateway to and within the senior business community in India and strives towards a greater purpose of providing well researched, timely information on leadership issues covering many areas such as HR, change management, corporate governance, M&A, restructuring, technology, FDI, CSR and many others. The Leaders in India Business Forum is scheduled to run from the 8th to the 10th of October 2009 in Mumbai.

Personalities including Kofi Annan, Sir Richard Branson, Al Gore, Philip Kotler, Edward De Bono, Ricardo Semler, Stephen Covey, Alvin Toffler, Malcolm Gladwell, C. K. Prahalad and Daniel Pink are among other thought leaders, who have spoken at events in this series. Leaders in India Business forum is organized by Informa India, a part of the FTSE 250 parent company – Informa plc. Among the government supported organizations that actively support this forum are:

26/11 Attacks

Originally, scheduled to run from the 4th – 6th of December 2008, at the Trident hotel, the first edition of the Leaders in India Business Forum was postponed due to the unfortunate 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks at the same hotel just one week before the planned event. Donald Trump Jr., Steve Forbes, Tom Peters, Shashi Tharoor, Adi Godrej, Kamal Nath and many others featured on the list of confirmed 'celebrity' speakers that were due to speak at this event.
