Lasvit is a designer and manufacturer of bespoke light fittings, feature glass installations, and lighting collections. Company is based in Czech Republic and operational worldwide, notably in the Middle East and Asia.

AbOUT

The Lasvit Group was founded in 2007 by Leon Jakimič, a Czech of Russian-Serbian origin born in Liberec, Czech Republic.

The company has soon entered Arabian markets by finding a subsidiary in Dubai and started to realize projects in Middle East, such as lighting in Burj Khalifa hotel.

Art director of the company is a Czech designer Maxim Velčovský

At the end of 2012 the company had 10 international subsidiaries all around the world and more than 1000 employess.

Projects

The list of Lasvit´s art pieces includes hand-blown objects in both public spaces and interiors: hotels, private residences and boutiques. Lasvit is currently developing and producing a wide range of uniquely shaped glass panels for the architecture industry.
