Larson&Holz IT Ltd is a number of legal entities under one corporate name "Larson&Holz", but they are divided geographically and functionally. Larson &Holz BVI offers ECN accounts (NDD technology for Forex accounts), Larson&Holz Saint-Vincent provides services for Classical accounts, Larson and Holz Belize promotes traders contests and non-deposit accounts and acts as the coordinator in the Larson &Holz Group
History
2004
A group of professional traders came to the decision to build up a company orientated on Russian speaking clients mostly from Russia and Ukraine. Initially the Company has chosen United Kingdom and Switzerland for the registration which was modified later.
2005
Parex Banka was selected as the main bank for the company’s clients. Among the first Larson and Holz deployed the forth version of Metatrader. The Technical back office was opened in Seattle (USA) fro the trading servers and data centers. The first off-line office was opened in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
2006
The decision was taken to change the jurisdiction. The company moved to the classical off shore format. Belize had been selected as the country of registration as the most popular free zone for the financial companies.
2007
The Company had started the realization the partners program on the franchise basis and expansion to the regions began. The representational offices were opened in Tver, Saratov, Kemerovo, Vinnitsa, Novosibirsk. Several start uppers from Saint-Petersburg joined the corporate governance and bought the stock of Larson&Holz IT Ltd shares.
2008
Larson &Holz took part in the majority of the Financial exhibitions in Russia and all over the world. Among the others are Forex Expo, Financial supermarket, But Brand in Moscow, Kiev, Budapest, Hong Kong. Also the company has opened offices in Moscow and Astrakhan.
2009
Larson&Holz IT Ltd opened the new office in Saint-Petersburg on the base if the well known educational center TCS than is functioning since 2002.
2010
New offices were opened in Kiev, Irkutsk, Makhachkala and other cities. Most of the Larson&Holz IT Ltd representatives introduced the additional education programs with the local Universities.
2011
In Moscow and Kazan new offices were opened.
TSC was re-organized into the customer advisory financial holding TSC group which got the status of Lasron&Holz Master of Franchise
2012
New services for traders are lunched: Start – without limits on the initial deposit and Non-deposit – the unique unparalleled service for the beginners.
2013
That year Larson&Holz IT Ltd Group of companies has established the separate legal entity registered under Russian Federation legislation – "Larson and Holz Vostok Group" LLC. This legal unit is the participant of Centre for Regulation in OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies (CRFIN).
