History

Lars Tetens researhed the ancient techniques of cigar making that date back over 3,500 years. These same techniques Lars utilizes as his trade secret as one of the main distinctions that set his cigars apart from other brands.

Although Lars Tetens began making cigars in 1979, the cigars gained popularity throughout the US in the early 1990s.

Lars manufactures his cigars in the United States, Mexico and Ecuador, however he uses tobaccos from all over the world.

Lars Tetens manufactures over fifty lines of cigars, from affordable everyday cigars to the most expensive cigars sold in the world.

Known mostly for their ease of draw and long burning ash, Lars Tetens are known as one of the best constructed cigars on the market. Lars has also developed consumer freindly packaging by making each cigar available in it's own mini portable humidor - a resealable bag with a humidification sponge.
