Kwasi Mendoza

Kwasi Menodza (December 25, 1956 - )

Born on a small boat off of Venezuala, Kwasi has had many impacts on the National Policy of Bankaia. Elected their first Minister of Defense in May of 1971, Kwasi was also one of the youngest Ministers of Defense in History. While developing Bankaia's national policy, Kwasi also developed use of the Shiringan, now the country's national weapon. After introducing the national food of Bankaia (bread, oil and parmesean cheese), Kwasi assumed the role of Minster in 1987. Kwasi served this role until he was usurped by his rival and younger brother, shortly after Bankaia declared war on the World of HaLo. An unfortunate turn of events, Kwasi sought refuge on the Isle of Sarafin, only to be turned away. While Kwasi is still persumed to be living, his whereabout are unknown. In April 2006, a fisherman claimed to have encountered someone going by Kwasi Mendoza off of South Korea, but further attempts to locate Mr. Mendoza have been fruitless. {{DEFAULTSORT:Mendoza}
