Kobie Powell

Kobie Powell is an actor who voices the puppet character of Pixel in the children's show, LazyTown. According to the Internet Movie Database, Powell also appeared as a clerk in the episode "Shaken" of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit. He was also a member of Us3 from 1993 until 1995.
