Kestone Integrated Marketing Services Private Limited, also known as Kestone IMS Pvt. Ltd. or Kestone is a marketing services and management consulting company, headquartered at New Delhi, India. Kestone also has presence in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Singapore. Kestone has six service verticals which operate as independent business units often collaborating with each other. These business units are further divided into various other service groups.

Kestone Integrated Marketing Service Private Limited is a subsidiary of CL Educate with CL Educate owning hundred percent stake in Kestone. While Kestone is a private limited company, CL educate is public company and trades on NSE with NSE symbol as CLEDUCATE with ISIN Code of INE201M01011 and on BSE with a BSE code of 540403.

History

Kestone was founded as a marketing research start-up in February 1997 with the name of Kestone Research Private Limited.

In 2006, Kestone adopted its current name; i.e. Kestone Integrated Marketing Services Private Limited.

In 2008, CL Educate acquired Kestone, making it an independent subsidiary of CL Educate.

In 2012, Kestone launched ‘CL Young India Challenge' - now known as 'InQuizitive Minds'; an all India general knowledge and current affairs quiz for students.

In 2015, Kestone established its first overseas office in, and began business operation at Singapore.

In 2016, Kestone launched Meltingpot 2020, a platform to promote innovation and research, with an aim to transform the region to a global innovation hub.

In February 2017, Kestone overhauled its corporate identity and brand imagery. The rebranding was conceptualised and designed by an in-house team at Kestone.

In March 2017, CL Educate, the parent company of Kestone launched its Initial Public Offering making it a public company.

Achievements and Awards

In July 2017, Kestone received a 'Bronze' award for 'Best Brand Association with a Business Platform' in 'Experiential Marketing Category' by 'WOW Awards Asia'.
