K107.5 FM Part 15 Radio Station
K107.5 FM is a Part 15 low power radio station broadcasting in Central Indiana. The station uses Part 15 FCC certified transmitters to reach out to a small audience in its surrounding area. There are other transmitters located away from the main studio to help relay K107.5 FM. People have volunteered for this out of the spirit of radio. Programs
The station plays a normal rotation of AbOUT 1600 hand picked songs of the 60s, 70s and early 80s. Much more familiar songs than most corporate stations are willing to play. The station has a huge library of obscure 60s garage rock as well. There is old Time Radio theater every weeknight in the form of The CBS Radio Mystery Theater from the 1970s. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at about 4:30 p.m. EST you can hear Chris Beach (Beachey) Live from his studio in the United Kingdom. Chris plays a mixed bag of classic rock and new rock and many obscure cover versions. You can hear Catt Live from California every Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. EST with her 80's Rewind Show. Matt Knight gets you through the workday from 8 a.m. til 2 p.m. and also does The Forgotten 45's on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. Other DJ's include: Trackrider from Kansas City and Jodygirl from Indiana. There are many syndicated oldies programs each week.
