Juwai.com

Juwai.com is China's largest international property website for Chinese buyers and was launched in 2011. It aims to provide a portal for overseas real estate marketers to reach Chinese property buyers, which purchased an estimated $50 billion in overseas real estate in 2012, up from $28 billion in 2011.

The consumer side of the website is in simplified Chinese, featuring residential and commercial property listings from 52 countries. The client side is in English and allows agents and developers from around the world to load their listings with property details and photos.

Juwai.com also provides real estate marketers with professional translation, lead management, email marketing and other services.

Members of the real estate industry say there is a "huge need" for Juwai.com because agents are looking for buyers, and Chinese buyers want to spend billions on property in other countries.

Juwai.com has partnerships with listings services, real estate agent networks and portals in countries around the world. These agreements permit agents to automatically list their property on Juwai.com for no extra cost.

For example, in the US Juwai partners with multiple listing services and agents like BondNY. In Australia, it partners with agents like L. J. Hooker and Ray White. In the UK, it has a partnership with Zoopla.

Juwai.com has offices in Hong Kong and is headquartered in Shanghai.
