Jumeirah Village

Jumeirah village is a new community by Nakheel near Dubai Sports City in Dubai ,United Arab Emirates.Jumeirah village have two main area.Jumeirah Village South and Jumeirah Village North.This project was launched in August 2004 and due for completion in 2009, upon completion it will house 2000 villas.

Project Overview

Jumeirha village spread across 811 hectares, it is a mixed-use development when complete will comprise of residential and business units, retail outlets, international schools]], hospitals, shopping malls, connected parks and boulevards, sports fields, mosques, cafes and restaurants.The whole project will cost approximately AED 2.4 million.Jumeirah village has two sub-projects namely Gardenia I and Gardenia II, upon completion it will incorporate commercila and retail spaces, residential apartments.Jumeirha village will be connected with Dubai Metro through Al Khail road.

Recent developments

Construction of jumeirha village is on fast track and 8196 units are expected to be completed by the end of this year, and the remaining units are expected to be completed within next 2 years.
