JCK Joinery is a Leicester Company that has been trading since 1830.

JC Kellett & Sons was a building and joinery which was responsible for playing a very significant role in the transformation of Leicester between 1845–1895 and as Leicester grew so did JC Kellett & Sons.

History

In 1830 JC Kellett & Sons was founded by Messr John Cornelius Kellett on Asylum Street, Leicester.

In 1888 John Henry Kellett, son of John Cornelius Kellett, succeeded his father and took over the running of JC Kellett & Sons.

1962 George Cecil Kellett died, in 1962 his George Henry Kellett Succeeded him with his brother John William Kellett.

1976 George Henry Kellett died, son George Anthony Kellett succeeded him as Managing Director, his brother Christopher Paul Kellett became Director

2009 The Designer door brand Spirit doors was launched supplying designer wooden doors to the wealthy.
