Jarrod Jordan

Jarrod Jordan (born 22 February 1978) is a sports business consultant who advises companies on best business practices, sports marketing, facility design and product design. He also advises several professional athletes in basketball, football, ice hockey, tennis, figure skating and baseball.

Jordan is the president and founder of Jordan Sports, Inc., he also co-founded Chelsea Piers BlueStreak, a training center for professional, elite, high school and collegiate athletes. Jordan currently sits as its director, program designer and head of the advisory board.

He is a graduate of Columbia University.

In 2007, Jarrod Jordan was featured in an episode of ESPN U's reality TV show, Summer House hosted by former All-Pro, Chris Spielman. For the episode, Jordan tested the strength, speed and agility of the nation’s top football recruits. During the filming of the series, Jordan trained prized recruits such as Greg Little (five star running back recruit, North Carolina) and Richetti Jones (four star defensive end recruit, Oklahoma State), Chris Galippo (USC).

Also in 2007, Jordan was also featured on The Tennis Channel in a segment on Destination Tennis: New York where he discussed the importance of training and proper biomechanics for tennis sprinting. In the episode, Jordan trains host, Mieke Buchan.

New York magazine featured Jordan discussing how to train efficiently and de-stress.

Big Apple Parent interviewed Jarrod Jordan and his client, Ariel Ho Kjaer, a figure skater and public personality, where he discussed how functional training is so important for developing bodies. Ariel is the grand daughter of the famous industrialist and entrepreneur in China, Stanley Ho.
