Japanese people in Pakistan

Japanese in Pakistan (جاپانی) consist of migrants from the Japan form a small expatriate community. As of 2000, an estimated 810 Japanese lived in the country, according to the statistics of Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, the growth in their population recently rise.

Japanese school

There are expatriate Japanese school in Karachi and Islamabad for the native speakers of Japanese and students of Japanese citizen. These schools are accredited by Japan's Ministry of education and science and receives funding from the Japanese government.

Japanese tourist

According to Year book 2007-08 published by Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, maximum 20,000 Japanese tourists entered the country in the year 2007-08 to visit Buddhist sites.
