Jamiah Rahmania Arabia Dhaka is one of the distinguished Qawmi Islamic Universities in Bangladesh. The Jamiah is established in 1986, at Muhammadpur, Dhaka by Sheikhul Hadith Allama Azizul Hoque, a famous Islamic scholar of the sub-continent and the first Bengali translator of Sahih al-Bukhari. At present, around 1100 students studying in different levels of the Jamiah. As of 2011, there are approximately 70 well qualified teachers in Jamia Rahmania Arabia Dhaka. Within a short distance of time, Jamiah Rahmania Arabia Dhaka has been a well-known Islamic University in both home and abroad. The examinations of the Jamiah are held under the supervision of Bangladesh Qawmi Madrasah Education Board.

Education Pattern

Jamia Rahmania Arabia is not the name of any conventional institution. The Jamiah has arranged its education system with a long-sighted plan. Jamia Rahmania Arabia has crossed the international boundary in producing efficient and intellectual Ulama by sufficient application of multipurpose efforts from the very initial level to the Dawra-e-Hadith, Ifta, Tafsir, Usul al-Hadith, Islam History, Arabic and Bengali Literature. Besides Islamic subjects the Jamiah teaches the students Bangla, English, Mathematics, Philosophy, History, and Geography. Also, Jamiah Rahmania Arabia Dhaka organizes many programs and seminars to spread the message of Islam. After all, Jamiah Rahmania Arabia Dhaka is a full fledged Islamic University consists of many academic divisions and organizations.
