Jake Bass (born February 22, 1991) is the stage name of a Canadian pornographic actor. He joined the [...] industry in the late 2010 at the age of 19, with a solo movie for Squirtz. He has gained attention due to his lack of resemblance to stereotypical male actors in the [...] industry.

Early life

Jake Bass was born in Canada. His father passed away from a protracted and debilitating illness, at the age of 16.

Career

According to Bass, entering the [...] industry wasn't something he had planned. He explained the reason behind his choice for the name "Jake Bass": "Jake" is a username he would keep on whatever video game he would play, since a very young age; "Bass" was inspired by Chuck Bass from the Gossip Girl novel series, before the hit TV show was introduced. He was approached by Jake Jaxson, owner of CockyBoys and became an exclusive model. He also, hope to start a modelling career. He would love to model for famous brands like Givenchy and be inside Andy Warhol's V magazine,GQ men's magazine.

In 2011, he introduced himself to the [...] industry through Squirtz, by starring in a solo movie. Later on March 25, he starred in another solo movie for Videoboys, under the title Jake Bass: Takes a Shower, Then Sprays a Shower

In 2012, he was the winner of Fleshjack Boy contest, the CEO of Fleshlight company was supposed to pick only five winners, but due to the close range between the 5th and the 6th place, they have selected six winners, making Bass a winner. He starred in Project GoGo Boy, with other notable performers of CockyBoys: Arnaud Chagall, Gabriel Clark, Tommy Defendi, Pierre Fitch, Stephen Forest, Seth Knight, Max Ryder and Sebastian Young. It was directed by Jake Jaxson. The film was nominated to many Grabby Awards winning in four categories including "Best Movie" and "Best Director"and and "Best Newcomers" for both Jake Bass and Max Ryder, co-stars of the film. Critics considered the film as genre-bending, and blurring the lines between reality, performance arts and [...] [...].

In 2013, he was four times nominee for the Grabby Awards 2013, for Best Newcomer, Best Actor, Hottest Bottom & Web Performer of the Year. He starred in yet another successful award winning feature film, Roadstrip, in which he starred with Max Ryder.

In 2014, Jake Jaxson revealed that Jake Bass will be in his upcoming new feature film Jake Jaxon's Answered Prayers. In April, Jake modelled for Pump! Underwear. In June, Bass modelled for WRKDEPT's "World Pride” collection". The campaign was photographed by Andy Long Hoang.

On September 9, 2014 Jake announced on his Twitter account that he will no longer be working for CockyBoys.

Personal life

Bass studies Psychology at the McGill University, an English-language university located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
