Jaguar Studios
Jaguar Studios was a gay male pornographic film studio founded in the late 1960s. The films today, though much dated, capture a time of innocent gay [...] experimentation of the late 1960s and 1970s, before the explosion of [...] in general and the mainstreaming of gay [...], specifically, with the advent of video beta and VHS recording. All of the studio's films were shot on 16MM film. Some of the most groundbreaking and noteworthy of the film titles were Night of the Occultist, starring Quave Dalton and The Light from the 2nd Story Window, starring David Allen. "The Experiment" is to be considered a template for future productions, scripted by Gordon Hall, cinematography by Barry Knight. Experiment has many first including use of a camera crane and a narration by the late Ron Ganns.
