'''Jacques Tourangeau (born January 1941 in Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian actor.
Education and Career
Jacques Tourangeau is a graduate of Université de Montréal, where he received a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education in 1963 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1986. After teaching for a while he decided to pursue acting, starting in the early 70's. He appeared in the hit French-canadian tv series Rue des Pignons and Y'a pas de problème. His career took off when he landed the role of Oscar Drouin in the historical Hit TV series Duplessis. He landed more roles in various Quebec Television series in the 80's. He played the role of Eugene Lyon, in the successful drama film Agnes of God, directed by Norman Jewison and nominated for multiple Academy Awards. His last film role was in 2004 where he played the Chemistry teacher (Professor Amiel) in the romantic comedy The Prince and Me, starring Julia Stiles.
