History

ITPartners+ was founded in 2019 by Kevin Damghani in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

In July 2023, ITPartners+ acquired Netrix IT. In September 2024, the company announced a merger with New Jersey–based Trinity Worldwide Technologies.

In 2025, the company secured a $30 million investment from Metropolitan Partners Group to fund its strategy of acquiring complementary MSPs and scaling its footprint while maintaining its founder-led culture and service model.

In May 2025, ITPartners+ expanded its East Coast presence by merging with Cloud Server Techs, a North Carolina–based provider.

Community initiatives

In 2025, CEO Kevin Damghani outlined a company goal of contributing US$1 million annually to community initiatives. These included international projects in Uganda and the Dominican Republic focused on education and workforce development.
