IRSIM

In integrated circuit design, IRSIM is an event driven logic simulator for MOS circuits originating from Stanford University. The work originated as the PhD thesis of Mark Horowitz (rsim) and later re-written by Arturo Salz to support incremental re-simulation (hence the added i).
