IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC) is an international alliance of retained executive search firms, with more than 70 offices in 35+ countries, including Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia.
IRC (formerly IRC Recruitment) was listed by Search Consult as the 15th Largest Retained Executive Search Firm in the World in 2007.
The current members Sylvia MacArthur and Miroslav Hofirek were listed by Bloomberg Businessweek as The World's Most Influential Headhunters.
The nucleus of IRC Global Executive Search Partners was formed in the early 1990s, with companies from France, Belgium, Finland and the UK initially represented in the consortium. IRC Global Executive Search Partners was officially launched in 1993.
IRC Executive Board members are Hamilton Teixeira, Malcolm Duncan, Patrick Westerburger, Richard Boot and Warren Carter. The alliance regularly publishes industry-related white papers and articles.
