InZero Systems

InZero Systems is a technology company, founded in 2004, that specializes in hardware and software security solutions. InZero Systems is currently headquartered in Herndon, VA, USA.

Leadership

InZero Systems is headed by Chairman and Manager Gerald E. O’Shaughnessy, an Executive Chairman/co-founder of GEOPARK Holdings, and CEO Louis R. Hughes, formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin. Operations are run by President and COO Alexander V. Pyntikov, formerly Deputy Chairman of the Innovation Board of the Russian Government. General Wesley Clark (Ret) is Chairman of InZero’s Advisory Board.

Technology

InZero Systems primary focus is on IT (information technology) security. In 2009, the company introduced the InZero Security Platform, which provides IT security to PC (personal computer) users. InZero Systems designed and patented a new type of secure personal computer that provides only execution space for pre-complied open source applications, such as Mozilla Web Browser, Mozilla Email, Pidgin Instant Messaging, and Open Office Suite. This is done with dedicated chipsets and hardware memory control. Hardware specifications are unknown and not verifiable. The environment where these applications reside is called a Hardware Sandbox. This technology is in direct contrast to traditional forms of IT security, such as anti-virus software, and firewall protection software, sold by companies such as McAfee and Symantec. This alternative approach has been praised by many, including Business Week Magazine and Phillip R. Zimmerman of M.I.T, while being challenged by some traditionalists.

To date though, 7 years after its origination and after being rigorously tested by legitimate technology consulting firms such as, Escrypt and ISCA Labs , as well as being attacked by countless illegal computer hackers, InZero systems claim the InZero Security Platform has yet to be breached.. Independent tests are sponsored and limited. A web page Hacker Challenge describing a hacker competition in 2010 claims over 25 Million hacker attempts. No other detail is provided. InZero Systems offer a standard trial period and return policy.
