Investor's Watchdog
Investor’s Watchdog (IW) is an investor protection company created by former SEC Enforcement Branch Chief Pat Huddleston. Founded on July 23, 2006, the company seeks to protect investors from fraudulent investments and untrustworthy brokers.1
Investor’s Watchdog uses multiple sources to compile its database. These records cover actions taken against brokers, even ones that have been expunged, as well as the outcomes of the actions.
Recently, IW’s founder, serving as a Chapter 11 Examiner, discovered self-dealing by the officers and directors of a publicly traded company, Cornerstone Ministries Investments Inc. This discovery will lead to further litigation in favor of the victims.
IW provides protection for investors.2
