Financial Woes

In 2002, the Government of Canada sanctioned Intrinsyc for illegally using a former government official to write their Technology Fund proposals. The company was forced to re-pay some $12 Million dollars to the Government of Canada, necessitating the immediate dismissal of most of its staff, as it had done previously in 1998. Again in November, 2006, Intrinsyc was ordered to pay repay the $8 million to yet another company, for similar infractions. Specific information about these payments may be found on both the Intrinsyc web site (www.intrinsyc.com) as well as the Sedar web site (www.sedar.com).
