International Financial Group Limited
International Financial Group Limited (IFGL) is the parent company of several recognised brands within the international financial services industry, including Friends Provident International, RL360, RL360° and Ardan International.
History
Originally called RL360 Group, the name was changed in 2016 to support the acquisition of Ardan International. It is part-owned by the management team, supported by private equity firm Vitruvian Partners, and by global insurance group Munich Re.
IFGL purchased Friends Provident International on July 16 2020 in a £259m deal after extended talks between the parties.
