VSkills is a Government of India and Government of Delhi company initiative to conduct “skills testing” and certification exam. VSkills is an initiative of ICSIL, A Govt of India Undertaking and Govt of NCT Delhi Company.

Exams are conducted both in offline and online manner. Offline exam centers are spread across India. Online exams have also been started in collaboration with Monster.com.
