Integra Connect is a healthcare solutions company offering integrated, cloud-based technology and services focusing on value-based specialty care. Integra Connect’s platform focuses on both clinical and financial performance for oncology and urology practices, as well as for emergency medicine companies and the broader life sciences industry. Integra Connect’s solutions address several areas of population health including care management; advanced analytics; medication therapy management; specialty-specific EHR; practice management; and value-based revenue cycle management. Integra Connect is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida and employs 1,400 people in 10 offices globally.

History

Integra Connect was founded in 2015 when Raj Mantena and a team of healthcare executives joined together to help specialists adapt their practices to thrive amidst new value-based care and alternative payment models spurred by the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) of 2015. Integra Connect announced itself more publicly at the HIMSS 2017 conference in February of 2017 and has grown to include over 1,400 employees in 10 offices worldwide.

Integration with the Oncology Medical Home (COME HOME) program

In 2017, it was announced that Innovative Oncology Business Solutions (IOBS)’s Community Oncology Medical Home (COME HOME) program triage pathways would be integrated into Integra Connect’s Oncology Care Model (OCM) and population health solutions, supporting patient triage at the point of care in support of value-based care requirements.

Partnership with the Large Urology Group Practice Association (LUGPA)

In 2016, the Large Urology Group Practice Association (LUGPA) announced that it selected Integra Connect as its partner to develop advanced alternative payment models specific to urology, with an initial focus of value-based prostate cancer care.
