Innography
Innography, Inc. is a global business intelligence Software company headquartered in Austin, Texas, United States. Innography provides intellectual property business intelligence tools delivered in the Software as a Service (SaaS) format through a web browser. Innography's software integrates business and legal data with its patent and trademark databases to form the data platform for the business intelligence engine.
History
The company was founded in Austin, Texas by Tyron Stading in 2007 and began with seed funding from Covera Ventures (at the time known as Hunt Ventures). Major funding milestones included a 2008 US$6.5 million Series A investment by Austin Ventures and Covera and a 2010 investment by the same firms of an additional US$3 million.
Partnerships
In June of 2009 Innography and Dialog/ProQuest began a joint offering combining Dialog's data products with Innography's analytics.
In August of 2010 Innography and insurance broker Willis began a joint IP risk management and insurance offering named PatentWize.
