Image Labs International is a distributor, custom manufacturer and engineering consultant for machine vision systems for a broad range of industries, including semiconductors, automotive, food production, aviation, GPS data collection and general manufacturing. Headquartered in Belgrade, Montana, the company serves US national and international clients.
Company
Created as Vision1 by Brian Smithgall in 1993, the company merged with Reflect Scientific, a manufacturer of scientific equipment in 2007. In 2010, Image labs was reassembled as a separate entity by sales engineer Sharla Burns to offer such machine vision brands as Teledyne Dalsa, Sony, Hitachi, JAI, Rainbow and Computar. Image Labs was on Inc. Magazine's list of fastest growing private companies in 2000 and 2001 and is a member of the Automated Imaging Association.
