IdeaBounce

IdeaBounce is a project hosted by the Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington University in St. Louis that CREATES a collaborative learning environment where IDeaS can be discussed openly. IdeaBounce is open to anyone and accepts ideas for both social and commercial ventures. Ideas range from innovative thoughts that have no groundwork to fully implemented ventures.

The project is comprised of two parts. First, the website connects creators, inventors, implementers, investors, business people, artists, service providers, customers, mentors, and others-- the web of innovators who transform ideas into reality, create value and bring inventions to market.

In addition to the virtual connections on the website, IdeaBounce events are also opportunities to connect. The agenda for those events includes 2-minute presentations from those with ideas. A panel of community judges, including venture capital firms, incubators, and other local entrepreneurs, will declare winners and a networking event follows the presentations.
