I Rock with The ONE

I Rock with THE ONE is a faith-based hip hop dance crew. They consist of THE ONE, adult division dace crew, and Project ONE, varsity division dance crew. It also has a dance school, the I Rock with THE ONE Dance School. Formed in 2009, I Rock with THE ONE's main goal is to inspire the world with their dedication to dance and to show that anything is possible with a strong heart. Not only are the members of the crew dancers, but they are also involved with the community of the GTA. They have performed showcases for the community and danced in competitions. They are involved in many outreaches, volunteer activities and charities. Aside from dancing, they focus on character development, team and leadership training, peer to peer mentorship and youth empowerment. I Rock with THE ONE can be found at The Gateway Centre for New Canadians in Mississauga, Ontario.

A few of the many accomplishments that I Rock with THE ONE has are placing second at the Canadian Hip Hop Nationals in 2009; Project ONE, placing first in the Canadian Hip Hop Nationals in 2010, representing Canada in the World Hip Hop Championship in Las Vegas, placing first at the Flip Hop competition from 2008 to 2010, placing second in the BeatDown in 2009 and being the winners of collaboration in Toronto in 2011.
